This is the second time I have used Salmon Windows and I must say like the first time the quality and attention to detail of the installation was impeccable. The team turned up on the day of my choice keen and ready to go even though it was raining and looked after our home as if I was doing the installation myself. The team were clean tidy and very conscious of not leaving any mess while removing the old door and windows. The installation quality was as good as my conservatory installation 6-years ago. The quote process was excellent! Martin was very knowledgeable and made sure our choices complemented our home. Salmon Windows put in new windows, porch and back door. Martin was very helpful in advising as to which windows would be best without in any way forcing us into anything we didn't want or need. Despite the work being done in one of the hottest weeks of the year, Adam and David worked unflinchingly throughout providing an excellent service and always leaving the property clean at the end of each day. We had our front and side windows and door replaced last year and have only now got to leave this review. We have had Salmon Windows replace guttering, fascia’s, windows, doors and a conservatory over the years and always been very happy with the workmanship. Martin and his team have always been very efficient, clean, tidy and friendly and if any anything should go wrong there is great after sales customer service. What more could you want. Will be using Salmon Windows again for the few windows we have left to replace and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a pre-existing conservatory that was around 15 years old and starting to show it's age. Martin came round and patiently explained all the options open to us as well as the pro's and con's of each so that we could make an informed decision. The result has truly surpassed our expectations, we are very happy customers ! Previously the room was only really useable for a few months of the year, too cold in winter and sweltering in the summer. Our new Orangery is a revelation in that department, it has become a real "living" space and has allowed us to incorporate it into our home. A special mention should go to the team involved in the building and fitting, they were always punctual, courteous and kept mess to a minimum as well as ensuring were updated at each stage of the build. Great service, top quality and good value, what more can you ask for.

Previously the room was only really comfortable temperature wise for limited periods of the year, far too cold in winter and sweltering in the summer. The new Orangerie is a revelation in that department and has now become a comfortable "living" space that we can incorporate into our home. This is not a complaint. I had Front door and French windows installed about 7 years ago. Due no fault of the products the front door dropped. Like all issues involing a guarantee your hopes are not high of resolving the issues. However Mr. Salmon turned reviewed the issue and checked the guarantee but had to arrange for one of his fitters to attend, two days later they attended and resolved the issue. The sign of a good company is not when things go right but they go wrong how they respond, I would definitely recommend and use again. Great Customer Service many thanks.

We had used Salmon windows for our new conservatory a couple of years ago and were delighted with the results so we didn't look anywhere else when we needed new windows and porch refurb. Martin came round and offered to take us through the whole range of options and was thorough in his evaluation. We asked if we could alter our porch layout and despite this needing a wall removed, a floor raised and plastering, Martin was able to organise the whole lot. It came in at a price just under what we expected which was a bonus. The guys who did the work were friendly, thorough and professional and cleaned up well each day. Over all I would highly recommend.

So pleased that I chose Salmon Windows. They have done a lot of work near me and had good reviews on the local community site. They have been very professional and reliable from start to finish. The windows and front door fitting was of a high standard. Great care was taken and the team were polite, and hardworking. They made great effort not to make a mess, covering carpets , furniture etc and the standard of work was excellent. The aftercare has been great, the first time I called because a minor adjustment had to be made on a window opener, the second was because I locked myself out by leaving the key in the lock inside the house (massive mistake!), I phoned Martin Salmon and within the hour he had moved some appointments around I believe and arrived at my house and with a huge amount of effort on his part resolved this dilemma for me. Excellent work thank you! I would definitely recommend this company.

We would like to say a big thank you to Adam, Richard and Dylan who fitted four windows for us yesterday. The quality of the work is excellent and has made such a difference to the noise level in the bedroom. They followed the Covid guidelines to the letter, wearing masks when they were not fitting the windows. Sanitiser frequently used which made us feel safe. Adam went the extra mile and sorted out our front door which was sticking. They left our house clean and tidy, even sanitising the handles of the new windows. Very impressed with all three men. We would definitely recommend your Company to anyone needing new windows. Great price and excellent workmanship.
