Very professional service from quotation through to installation. Sam, Adam and Richard did a first class job of replacing all our windows and rear door, plus installing french doors to replace existing patio doors. Despite horrendous weather conditions one day, the team remained cheerful and focused. After installation a minor problem was attended to promptly and without fuss. Highly recommend.

Have used Salmon Windows for Conservatory and other many other works. I recently had a problem with a lock on an outside door (not one of their installation) . Martin sent Adam, problem sorted and again I have nothing but praise for this firm. They could easily have fobbed me of saying I need a new door but their honesty shows them to be a company that is trustworthy and competent.

Everyone from the receptionist, Mr. Salmon, who came and gave us the quote, and the fitters were all polite and very professional through out. There was no hard sell or pressure to accept quote. The fitters made an excellent job and we are really pleased with the quality of the French doors we had fitted. We accepted FENSA's offer of checking out installation and product quality and were pleased to say all was OK. Price was really good with no compromise on quality. I've just had an Orangery built and I am so glad I did. Martin has got it spot on and him and his team are a well oiled machine that work hard all day.. The quality of the build far surpasses my expectations which were high to start with. From groundwork to roof it was an enjoyable experience.. We had rain, sleet and a bit of snow with bitter winds and nothing deterred their hard work.. I would highly recommend this company. Start to finish was hassle free. Their was no hard sale, I didn't feel under pressure at any time in making a decision. Excellent pre-sales advice and very good aftercare service too. We wanted replacement front doors for our village hall so, being a public building, we had quite specific requirements. Martin was very happy to advise on all the issues we raised and gave us a very competitive quote. Fitters were very professional and friendly and fitted the doors efficiently and in good time. When we contacted Martin afterwards about an issue with one of the doors our concerns were dealt with very quickly, with a site visit the next working day, and the issue was immediately resolved. I had this company replace 14 windows and 3 doors with double glazed units, plus 2 sets of patio doors replaced with aluminium bi-fold doors. The experience was great from start to finish. I called them for a quote and the owner of the company, Mr Martin Salmon, arrived at the appointed time, measured up and then spent around 45 minutes explaining what the options were in terms of fittings and style of doors and windows. There was absolutely no hard sell, which was pleasing, and he left us with some brochures to look at! The quotation was reasonable and pretty much in line with quotes from other companies, but the product was without doubt of higher quality than others I had researched and looked at. I accepted the quote and Mr Salmon came back within a week and did a full survey for the job. The work was started approx. 6 weeks later (to fit in with my holiday) and I must say that the fitters (Sam & Darren) were superb, very professional, friendly, and worked with a minimum of mess and disruption, clearing up every day after they had finished work, The finished job is superb! I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Top notch!
